Terry Ball, M.Aud., CCC-ATerry has been fitting hearing aids and working with individuals with hearing loss for more than 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in 1985 and her Masters of Audiology from the University of South Carolina in 1990. She has worked in various capacities in the hearing health care field including the Veteran's Administration in South Carolina and Georgia, hospitals, and Ear, Nose, and Throat practices and as a Clinical Trials Manager with a middle ear implant company. She has been assisting patients in a private audiology setting with Aspen Hearing Center since January 2004. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She has attended numerous trainings in audiology including at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles and the Kresge Laboratories in New Orleans. Her expertise is in working with individuals with communication needs and fitting them with a technology and style to fit their needs.
Jamie Taylor, M.S., CCC-AJamie is an audiologist who began working at Aspen Hearing Center in August 2007. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science from Washington University in St. Louis in Audiology. She has worked in Ear, Nose, and Throat practices and most recently worked as a Phonak Territory representative for Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Jamie has received training in adult hearing aid fitting and verification and is very knowledgeable of the latest hearing aid technologies. Jamie conducts the verification tests using the Live Speech Mapping to make sure patients’ hearing aids are providing the appropriate amplification. Jamie makes presentations in community seminars in hearing and hearing loss and looks forward to providing the customer care that you expect.
Marjean
RandolphMarjean manages the front office. She will be the person who answers your phone calls, schedules your appointments, and answers your basic questions about insurance and what we offer. She recently worked at the 9 Health Fairs in various locations in Denver and previously worked for ear, nose, and throat physicians as well as an oral surgeon.
